Target Audiences: Motion Picture and TV Cast and Crew, Frontline Employees, Managers, and Program Directors.

Industries: Motion Picture and Television; Health-care; Entertainment; Professional and Amateur Sports;  Real Estate; Retail; Hotels; Hospitality; and Airlines. 

Using an intersectional anti-racism and anti-oppression lens, we will explore some real-life workplace scenarios where microaggressions, subtle racism, and other forms of exclusion occur and apply some practical tips on how to take action.

Expected Outcomes: Participants will leave with an understanding of what it means to build an intentional allyship practice and some practical strategies to take action.
