Course Description

This 60-minute interactive session offers practical knowledge and insights about different ways to develop an anti-racism and anti-oppression action plan.

Attendees will consider strengths, limitations, and issues that occur during the ARAO action plan development process.

During this session, attendees will go through a case scenario.  

The content for the session draws on Tomee Sojourner Consulting Inc.'s over 20 years of professional experience creating ARAO/EDI action plans and organizational learning programs for clients.

Intended Audience: Executive Directors, senior management, Human Resources Managers, People and Culture leaders, and Board members.
